Alpaca/Wool dryer balls are a plastic-free and chemical-free alternative to dryer sheets. They reduce drying time, saving you money on your electricity bill, and work wonders on towels and bedsheets, making them soft and cozy.
Our Alpaca/Wool dryer balls are made of all natural wool fibres, with a minimum of 50g of fibre used to create each individual ball.
How to Use:
- For an average load, it is most effective to use three dryer balls. However, two are sufficient for smaller loads.
- Our Alpaca/Wool dryer balls work best with natural fabrics. However, when drying synthetics, set your dryer to the “Dry” not “Extra Dry” setting.
- If you don’t have a modern dryer, try taking your clothes out a few minutes earlier — as soon as they’re dry to touch.
- If your Alpaca/Wool dryer balls aren’t working properly anymore, it could be because they’ve dried out too much. You can renew them by spraying them with a mixture of 1⁄2 water and 1⁄2 white vinegar in a spray bottle. This is a natural fabric softener and static reducer.
